Your Diligex Virtual Desktop and Applications can be accessed from any internet connected device. For a ‘rich’ user experience you should install the Citrix WorkSpace App if and when prompted on the remote device that you’re trying to connect from. Or you can use the ‘light’ user experience, which will utilize your web browser to display the desktop or application (no software installation required).
For the best user experience, Diligex recommends using a modern web browser when logging into the Hosted Desktops and Application portal. Always use the latest version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. Using older versions may result in unnecessary pop-ups, warnings and security blocks.
1. Go to your Hosted Desktops and Application portal URL. companyID.cloud.com. To find the URL for your company, go to: http://diligex.com/ and hover over the login menu and choose VDI Login
2. If prompted, click Detect WorkSpace. If you have already Citrix WorkSpace installed, you will be directed to the sign on page. If you don’t have Citrix WorkSpace installed, you will be prompted to install it. Or, you may choose to use the ‘light’ version instead (which does not require any software to be installed).

3. Login with your company email address and password.
Once you’re logged in, the last used desktop or application will automatically open. Or you can choose your desktop or application from the left toolbar.
To switch Workspace between the light (HTML5 browser) and the full (workspace installed app) version, click your ‘Account Settings’
then ‘use web browser’ or ‘Use Workspace App’
